My concioussness towards healthy life started when I was tested with
my health condition. Recently, the doc has confirmed a recurrence of my
late disease. At first it doesn't bother me much. But seeing a close
friend of mine suffer of an aggrasive disease - breast cancer made me
realize that I live with lots of people who love and depend so much on
me. I'm so touched looking at my friend's children, loosing their mom at
young age.
Me too on the other hand, have 2 children at
3yrs and 4 months old. Am I ready for it? I'm slowly preparing myself
and family towards it with the help of Allah.

As salam,
Healthy Life is a place where I want to record my findings on health issue for my own benefit. Sometimes (most of the time) I tend to forget such important information so that I won't spent another time to search everything again that I've read and found before.It is a database of anything that relate to health and life. I hope Healthy Life will become a legacy to my beloved children and they will continue my effort to lead a healthy life for aour family.
